 Crotto Ubiali (Chiavenna)

Crotto Ubiali is located in the very heart of Pratogiano, the gastronomic hub of our little town.
The name, Ubiali, is derived from the Bergamo family who were the first to open and run the crotto yearsback, and it still maintains a particular and distinctive style, destined for sure to continue to leave its mark.
 
Should you happen to go there, don’t miss out on a visit to the crotto itself, an excellent piece of renovation work of style and taste: a veritable tour de force in which you can enjoy an aperitif along with local bresaola and cheese or in the excellent company of a quality label amongst the hundred or so proposed by the sommelier.
